Form ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Maison Sacko and is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the Form app, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
Information We Collect
Account information: Your name and email address when you register.
Style preferences: Your style archetype, goals, and preferences set during onboarding — used exclusively to personalise AI responses.
Wardrobe images: Photos you upload are sent to OpenAI API for analysis and stored in your account. We do not use your images to train AI models.
Usage data: Anonymised app analytics (feature usage, session frequency) to improve the experience.
Location: Approximate city-level location (requested at runtime, never stored) used solely to generate your daily style briefing.
How We Use Your Information
- To provide and personalise the AI styling features
- To sync your wardrobe and preferences across devices
- To send daily style briefing push notifications (if permitted)
- To process in-app purchases via RevenueCat
- To improve app features through anonymised analytics
AI & Third-Party Services
Form uses OpenAI API (GPT-4o, DALL·E 3) to power all AI features. Images and text prompts you send are processed by OpenAI under their Privacy Policy.
Subscription purchases are processed by RevenueCat. Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Subject to their Privacy Policy.
Cloud sync is powered by Supabase. Data is stored in encrypted databases subject to their Privacy Policy.
Sign-in with Google is provided by Google OAuth under Google's Privacy Policy.
Data Retention & Deletion
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request complete account and data deletion at any time directly within the app (Profile → Delete Account) or by emailing atelier@maisonsacko.com. We action all deletion requests within 30 days.
Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to:
- Access a copy of your personal data
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict processing
- Data portability

Children's Privacy
Form is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
